By completing our assessment, booking a consultation, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Smile Pathways Australia provides a free online assessment and consultation booking service to help connect you with dental implant and restoration providers. The assessment is informational only and does not constitute medical or dental advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of treatment eligibility.

3. No guarantee of funding

Any reference to accessing superannuation for dental treatment is general information only. Early release of super is decided by the ATO, is not guaranteed, and is limited to certain serious or chronic conditions. It is not available for cosmetic treatment. You are responsible for your own financial and tax decisions, and we encourage you to seek independent advice.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when completing the assessment or booking a consultation, and to use the service lawfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communications you receive from us.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smile Pathways Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on assessment results or funding information. Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
